1. Indicators (Non-Refundable Products)

All indicator sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of these products, once an indicator is delivered, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. This is because digital files cannot be “returned” and are considered consumed upon delivery. We kindly ask our customers to review product descriptions, features, and compatibility carefully before making a purchase.

2. Trading Robots (Expert Advisors)

We offer a limited refund policy for our trading robots under specific conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Refunds will only be granted if the robot fails to work as described and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable effort.

• Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

• All refund requests must include detailed information and proof of the issue, such as error messages, screenshots, and explanations of the steps you have taken.

If we detect unauthorized use, reselling, sharing, or distribution of our products, your license will be terminated immediately, and any refund requests will be rejected.
